Warranty
Warranties can be an important, but often overlooked, aspect of automotive service and repair, and can help you get the most of your hard earned money. At Auto-Trac, we’re proud to offer the following warranties.
Alignment Warranty
Wheel alignments performed by Auto-Trac on personal and commercial use vehicles are covered for 90 days. This means that if an incorrect alignment is detected within the 90 day warranty period, we will realign your vehicle with no labour charge.
Mechanical Warranty
Mechanical parts installed by Auto-Trac will be covered by a 12 month or 20,000 kilometer manufacturer’s warranty – whichever is greater. After 12 months, a labour charge may apply.
Commercial Warranty
Vehicles used for commercial purposes are covered for 90 days or 20,000 kilometers – whichever occurs first from the date of purchase on all parts and labour.
Limitations of Liability
Any parts, labour, or products claimed to be defective must be brought by the customer to Auto-Trac to be inspected within the warranty period. Any parts, labour, or products shall be repaired or replaced up to the original price at the discretion of Auto-Trac. The liability of Auto-Trac shall be limited to the original purchase price and does not include any consequential damage of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of vehicle or equipment, loss of time, towing, loss of revenue or inconvenience.
Regarding Warranty Coverage
All claims, regardless of length of warranty, must be made within 30 days of the alleged defect. The warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the customer on the invoice and is non-transferrable. Auto-Trac Alignment Warranty applies to the registered owner only.The original invoice must accompany warranties.
